Predsjednik manjinske poslaničke grupe SDA Sandžaka – PDD u Skupštini Srbije, Dr. Sulejman Ugljanin, sastao se danas sa komesarom za susjednu politiku i proširenje Evropske unije Johanesom Hanom u okviru njegove posjete Parlamentu i sastanka sa šefovima poslaničkih grupa.
Predsjednik je u ime poslaničke grupe koju čine legitimni predstavnici Albanaca Preševske doline i Bošnjaka Sandžaka zahvalio Komesaru i na prilici da o važnim temama razgovaraju upravo na Međunarodni dan ljudskih prava, potvrdivši čvrsto opredjeljenje evropskim i evroatlantskim integracijama Srbije.
Dr. Ugljanin se zahvalio Komesaru Hanu na njegovoj značajnoj posjeti za Parlament i dobrim vijestima koje je donio o otvaranju poglavlja 32 i 35, naglasivši da je za Bošnjake i Albance od posebnog značaja poglavlje 23.
U tom smislu Predsjednik Ugljanin je upoznao gospodina Hana sa činjenicom da su legitimni predstavnici Bošnjaka napustili Radnu grupu za izradu Akcionog plana za manjine zbog konstantnog odbijanja predstavnika Vlade da u Akcioni plan uvrste njihove zvanične prijedloge.
On je od svih učesnika sastanka zatražio da se založe da se svi zvanični zahtjevi, prijedlozi, primjedbe i komentari manjina uvrste u Akcioni plan, kako bi taj akcioni plan dobio legitimitet.
U tom smislu na sjednici Koordinacije nacionalnih savjeta su na sjednici 8. decembra u Novom Sadu potvrđeni svi razlozi zbog kojih BNV napustilo Radnu grupu.
Također, zatraženo je da se omogući narodnim poslanicima biranim na manjinskim listama da uzmu učešće u izradi Akcionog plana za manjine.
Predsjednik SDA Sandžaka je upoznao Komesara EU sa trenutnim položajem Bošnjaka u Srbiji kao i situacijom u Sandžaku sa aspekta evropskih integracija, promjene političkog sistema i Ustava Republike Srbije.
Sastanak je održan u Skupštini Srbije, a njemu je prethodila posebna sjednica Parlamenta i obraćanje Komesara Hana poslanicima u Plenarnoj sali.
D.R. UGLJANIN at a meeting with EU Commissioner Johannes Hahn
The President of the minority caucus SDA Sandzak – PDD in the Serbian Parliament, D.R. Sulejman Ugljanin, met today with Commissioner for neighboring policy and enlargement of EU – Johannes Hahn in the framework of his visit to the Parliament and a meeting with the heads of parliamentary groups.
The President, on behalf of the parliamentary group consisted of legitimate representatives of Albanians of the Presevo Valley and the Sandzak Bosniaks and thanked the Commissioner for the opportunity to talk about the important topics right on International Human Rights Day, confirming the strong commitment to European and Euro-Atlantic integration of Serbia.
D.R. Ugljanin thanked Commissioner Hahn on his significant visit to the Parliament and the good news he has brought about the opening of chapters 32 and 35, noting that for Bosniaks and Albanians is particularly important chapter 23.
In this regard, President Ugljanin introduced Mr. Hahn with the fact that the legitimate representatives of the Bosniaks left the Working Group on the Action Plan for minorities due to the constant refusal of the representatives of the Government to incorporate their official proposals into the Action Plan.
He demanded by all participants of the meeting to intercede so all formal requirements, suggestions, objections and comments minorities could be included in the Action Plan, in order for the action plan to receive legitimacy.
In this regard, at the meeting of the Coordination of National Councils at the session on December 8 in Novi Sad, were confirmed all the reasons why BNV left the Working Group.
Also, it was required to allow the deputies selected on minority lists to take part in drafting the Action Plan for minorities.
The President of the SDA Sandzak introduced the EU Commissioner with the current position of Bosniaks in Serbia and the situation in Sandzak in terms of European integration, changes in the political system and Constitution of the Republic of Serbia.
The meeting was held in the Serbian Parliament, and it was preceded by a special session of Parliament and addressing of the Commissioner Hahn to delegates in the Plenary Hall.
